A Sweet Beginning
West Bakes Cookies was born in 2020 from the kitchen of our one-bedroom apartment in Surrey. What started as a lockdown passion between husband-and-wife duo Lewis and Yasmin West quickly turned into something extraordinary - a mission to bake the perfect New York–style cookie right here in the UK.

From Home Kitchen to Bakery
Five years later, our dream has grown into a thriving business with a team of ten and two sites in Surrey, including our own purpose-built bakery. We now bake over 15,000 cookies and cookie products every week, supplying restaurants, cafés, dessert parlours, franchises, and wholesale distributors across the UK - from Devon to Scotland. To date, we’ve sold over One Million Cookies, with some even travelling as far as Europe, the US, and the UAE.

Every West Bakes cookie is handmade using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. We specialise in our signature 5-ounce New York–style cookies—thick, chunky, soft, gooey, and perfectly balanced in every bite. Our cookies have been enjoyed by some amazing brands along the way, including Sky, Warner Bros, British Sugar, and KISS/Bauer Media. But what matters most to us is that every customer - whether it’s their first order or their fiftieth - gets the same joy in every bite.
